Many times now i have been to interviews for fashion design position and they have set me a project to do at the end of the interview asking me to design some garments for them and send it via email to determine if i will be selected for a second interview. The question is , how are you to know which companies are genuine and which are just looking for free designs and not even looking for a designer?
