Discount Wallpaper In Morristown, New Jersey: Where To Buy
Morristown, New Jersey is a diverse town with many exciting places. Everywhere you need to go (the local high school, the bank, or just to go and get some wallpaper) can be easily accessed from what Morristown, New Jersey calls The Green. The Green is a small area of grassy land set in the center of many local businesses. From here you can find almost anything you need. And if you can't find it on your own, there are plenty of pleasant locals who would be glad to help you.
Sherwin Williams is located right off The Green at 147 Speedwell Ave, Morristown, New Jersey, 07960. In this store, is an array of wallpaper, wall murals, and borders. (And that only includes products for walls.) Though it is a fairly small business compared to others on The Green, it is packed with great products to help furnish and decorate your home. Additionally, they are always stocking up on new products.
Discount wallpaper includes prints from brands, included but not limited, to Washington, Seabrook, Warner, Brewster, York, Hunter, Patton, Blonder, and Blue Mountain. I actually walked to Sherwin Williams, after looking through Rite Aid and the shopping department Century 21 which are right down the street, and browsed for prices.
What I found was astounding: the average cost of wallpaper was about $24.74/package, and most of the time the package contained 2 rolls. A worker helped me out with the math. He told me the average surface area, or size, of one wall is 8.5x11 and that after you subtract the average of two windows and a door the final area to be wallpapered comes out to be 330 sq. ft. To cover that area, you would need 20 rolls, or 10 packages (because 2 rolls come in one package, most times. The average cost to buy wallpaper for one room, at Sherwin Williams, is $247.40. Compared to other stores you can save up to 25%!
After this information I walked the 10 minutes to my house and looked online to compare prices, and see if this was really true. Over on the opposite side of The Green is Speedwell Design Center: 108 Ridgedale Ave, Morristown, New Jersey 07960. Here they don't even sell paper on the roll. They sell "do-it-yourself kits" from the brand name Zinsser.
The next day I walked there to find it was closed. I went home to look to see if they had a website and they do - www.zinsser.com - then search Speedwell Design Center. On their web site there was no information about the prices of their products or the times that their store is even open! Therefore, I put my research at an end for that dumb design center and went to search for something else to compare Sherwin Williams to.
Ricciardi Design Showroom is located at 145 South St, Morristown, New Jersey 07960. They have beautiful Anna French designs, but again, they do not show prices online. I could very well have walked there, but I have already made my decision. If I ever need wallpaper for a cheaper price but the same quality I would buy it from Sherwin Williams, whether it be in Morristown, New Jersey or any of there other locations and you should too!
